The challenge
Bring information retrieval, calculations, metric analysis and reporting into a working tool for leaders.
My contribution
- Built a multi-agent AI assistant and brought it into production.
- Integrated corporate models and AI agents for search, calculations and analysis.
- Launched a learning portal and trained 150+ product managers and team leads in AI tools.
- Relaunched the knowledge base with a shared design system, personal workspace and access to internal services.
My perspective
For me, launching an AI product includes both the tool and its adoption: training, access to knowledge and integration into everyday work.
